We’re looking for an experienced and organised Administrator at Harvest Fine Foods. Supporting the warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-today operations running smoothly, and logging and managing key team information.

Salary: £27,580
Location: Totton, Southampton
Hours: 14:00pm to 22.30pm (5 days out of 7)
Role Essentials
- Completing end-of-shift paperwork for day shifts and providing cover for night shift administration when required.
- Inputting performance figures and pick rates into tables for supervisor review.
- Inputting inbound stock information accurately and efficiently.
- Producing basic graphs and reports using Excel.
- Using Excel and Word to maintain records, update documents, and support day-to-day administration.
- Creating and updating basic Excel reports, including graphs and pivot tables (training included if needed).
- Booking in deliveries when required.
- Updating stock location changes within the system.
- Inputting lorry details, including loading start and finish times.
- Investigating credits and supporting with any related administration.
- Completing training on the Warehouse Management System.
Skills and Experience
- Admin experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail when inputting data and completing paperwork.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
