Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our client on a Monday through Thursday schedule. Duties
- Assist in the assembly of food products, working on a fast paced production line
- Weighing and adding ingredient's
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
