We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, providing personalized care to individuals with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, speech impairments, ADHD, epilepsy, mental health, and physical disabilities. You'll empower clients, aged 18 and above, to live independently and confidently within their communities. This vital role involves offering professional support during day, night, and weekend shifts, with flexibility and availability at short notice highly valued. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. While experience in health and social care is preferred, it's not essential as full training will be provided. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while developing your skills. We require an enhanced DBS and at least two satisfactory references.
Duties
- Assist with daily tasks: cooking & cleaning.
- Foster independence and dignity.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans.
- Help access community resources and activities.
- Communicate with clients, families, and co-workers.
- Keep accurate records of progress and incidents.
- Encourage participation in hobbies and social events.

Pay From £13.15 to £14.00 depending on experience and qualifactions.
