FULL TIME LEASING AGENT REQUIRED (Contract Basis)
Duties include but are not limited to:
Property Viewings, negotiation between tenants and landlords, creating inventories and check-out reports, co-ordinating tenants moving in and out, midterm inspections, dealing with new landlords, good computing skills are essential (Outlook, word, excel, basic website), great organisational and self-management skills also essential.... Driving Licence and Leasing Experience Absolutely Essential.
