Our goal is massive… we are aiming to become the ‘World’s Leading Children’s Football Coaching Organisation’. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider. Our team of brilliant coaches are spreading across the UK and beyond.
The Role
The Football Fun Factory is the UK’s fastest-growing children’s football coaching franchise. Most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise. This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available with sessions at Sewell Park Academy, Norwich, NR3 and FDC Open Academy, Norwich, NR7.
The Person
You will be a superstar football coach with the ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face-to-face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.
Qualifications
You will need a football coaching qualification, first aid certification and a valid DBS check.
Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability.
We have sessions that take place during the evening and weekends, as well as Camps in the school holidays, parties and events. We hope that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time.
Location
Your place of work will vary as you will deliver sessions across the local community in the evenings and weekends. We currently have sessions in Dereham and Watton.
Rates of Pay
The rate of pay for evening sessions, camps in the school holidays and parties/events will be agreed prior to the delivery of your sessions.
Pay: From £20.00 per hour
