We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a temporary contract from August to November.
This isn't a fast-paced picking role – accuracy and attention to detail are our priorities. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, follows procedures, and works carefully to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries
- Move stock safely using pallet trucks
- Verify quantities, batch codes and best-before dates
- Put stock away accurately in the correct warehouse locations
- Label products neatly, accurately and efficiently
- Follow warehouse procedures and stock control systems
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including manual handling
About You
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Able to follow established procedures and learn new systems
- A good team player with a positive attitude
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but is not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and a conscientious approach.
Hours
Ideally 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, although we're happy to consider flexible hours (for example 9:30am – 3:00pm) for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.21-£13.21 per hour
