As Advice Framework Manager , you’ll play a central role in developing and maintaining the Advice Framework and associated control environment that underpin s advice delivery across Lloyds Wealth.
Combining strong technical expertise with sound judgement and commercial awareness, you’ll interpret regulatory requirements, provide expert guidance on suitability and help the business navigate complex advice challenges. You’ll ensure our advice standards remain robust, proportionate and aligned with regulatory expectations, business risk appetite and the delivery of good client outcomes.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Proposition, Risk, Compliance, Client Office and Change, influencing proposition developments, regulatory projects and business change. You’ll also act as a trusted adviser to projects and governance forums, providing clear recommendations, constructive challenge and practical solutions.
Influence across the business. Work with senior stakeholders across Proposition, Risk, Compliance, Client Office and Change.
Significant experience within financial advice, advice frameworks, suitability, technical consultancy, proposition, compliance or a related discipline.
Experience developing, maintaining or overseeing advice standards, frameworks, controls or governance arrangements.
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the judgement to balance client needs, regulatory expectations, commercial considerations and firm risk appetite.
