The role of Receptionist:

Welcoming visitors and providing a professional service.

Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries.

Processing customer orders accurately.

Preparing invoices and carrying out administrative checks.

Managing office correspondence and documentation.

Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administration.

Maintaining organised records using Microsoft 365.
The ideal receptionist:
