What Occutrace need.
We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Coach to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistently high quality of our remote workers' work. As a Quality Coach, you will be responsible for scrutinising finished field agent jobs, identifying errors, tracking and analysing substandard work, designing and delivering training interventions, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review finished job though QC portal to detect errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from established standards.
- Accurately document and categorise identified errors to facilitate trend analysis and problem-solving.
- Track and analyse patterns of substandard work to identify systemic issues and inform training interventions.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to implement training initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback to remote workers and guide them through error correction processes.
- Keep abreast of current quality control principles and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in quality control or related roles, particularly within a remote or distributed work environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with remote workers and team members.
- Proficient in relevant quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Adept at working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- A passionate advocate for continuous improvement and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.

- Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to root out the cause of quality issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate findings, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training delivery.
