We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Trainee to join our IT team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced IT professionals, and develop your technical skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Assist with installing and configuring IT equipment and software.
- Help maintain our IT systems, networks and security.
- Support data backups, system maintenance and IT projects.
- Learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve our IT services.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in IT and technology.
- Is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- Has good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has an interest in networking, system security and cyber security.
