Allure Hair & Beauty is looking for a confident and professional Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Confident in waxing treatments
- Confident in gel polish application
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Salon experience
Desirable
- Lash qualifications
- Intimate waxing qualification and experience
About the Role
Our beauty rooms are based within a professional clinical setting, separate from the main salon. Our reception and nail bar are located within the salon, allowing you to work alongside our busy hair team whilst maintaining your own treatment space.
This role involves primarily lone working within the beauty department, however you will always be working alongside the salon team and will have some overlapping shifts with our existing beauty therapist.
Hours & Pay
- 25 hours per week initially
- Review of working hours following successful completion of the probationary period
- Additional hours available for the right candidate
- £14 per hour starting rate
Commission Structure
Each month we calculate both your basic wage entitlement and your commission earnings. You will receive whichever amount is higher.
Service Commission: Up to 79% diary utilisation – 31% 80% diary utilisation – 33% 90% diary utilisation and above – 35%
Retail Commission: 5% on retail sales 10% on retail sales when a 10% retail-to-service sales ratio is achieved
