Mugstop is looking for a confident, creative and enthusiastic barista to join our small team!
We’re an independent coffee shop and we’re looking for someone who wants to be more than just a member of staff. We want someone who will get involved, bring ideas to the table and help us continue to grow.
-The role-
You’ll be part of the Mugstop team, delivering great coffee and giving excellent customer service, while also bringing your own personality and ideas to Mugstop.
We’re particularly looking for someone who:
- Has barista experience and is confident making a range of coffees
- Can create good quality latte/barista art
- Has a genuine passion for coffee and enjoys learning and trying new things
- Is confident and friendly with customers
- Has an interest in Instagram, TikTok and social media
- Enjoys creating or coming up with ideas for social media content
- Is creative and isn’t afraid to say, “Have you thought about trying this?”
- Can come up with ideas for new drinks, promotions, events or ways to attract new customers
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and takes pride in their work
- Wants to see a small independent business succeed

You don’t need to be a social media expert or a marketing professional. We’re looking for someone who is creative, switched-on and genuinely interested in helping Mugstop grow.

-Who we’re looking for-
This role would suit someone who loves coffee, enjoys working with people and naturally finds themselves thinking of ways to make things better.
Experience as a barista is essential. Social media/content experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm, creativity and the right attitude are just as important.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 9.0 per week
