- Maintain attractive merchandise displays by organizing products and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and appealing
- Upsell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while practicing proper phone etiquette for inquiries or assistance
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks, including restocking and cleaning, are completed promptly during shifts
- Keep the store organized by following merchandising standards and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, displays, and daily tasks effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques will be advantageous
