MUSTS;
- Ability to work on-site in Brighton, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
- A great leader for your team (most likely 2-3 girls working under you)
- Experience in retail and customer service (2+ years preferred)
We would also love you to create fun tiktoks and socials pieces so you must be comfortable being in front of and behind the camera.
Duties
- Lead and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, analysing performance data regularly
- Organise merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and appeal, ensuring adherence to branding standards
- Manage stock levels, oversee inventory control, and coordinate replenishment activities
- Conduct staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, maintaining records, and preparing reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment
- Promote a positive team culture through effective communication, motivation, and organisational skills
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience with a strong background in sales management and team supervision
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, inventory control, and administrative procedures
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
