Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Range and Road Limited, a leading off-road and on-road vehicle specialist and franchise dealer for BRP Can Am. This role is ideal for a confident salesperson who is equally comfortable managing parts, workshop administration, and online orders. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in our showroom, playing a central role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to sale, with a clear focus on converting interest into orders
- Respond to online sales enquiries from platforms such as Autotrader, eBay, Gumtree, and our website
- Take and schedule workshop bookings, liaising with our technicians on timing and availability, and keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles
- Deal with spare parts customers in person, by phone, and online, and order parts and accessories from suppliers to support sales and servicing operations
- Manage online parts sales on eBay.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Contribute to showroom merchandising, ensuring vehicles and displays are presented professionally.
- Assist with trade stand duties at shows and events like the Norfolk and Suffolk Show.
- Vehicle Demonstrations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven sales experience is essential, ideally in automotive, powersports, or a related retail environment
- Confidence handling parts and workshop administration alongside vehicle sales
- Good working knowledge of eBay selling, or a quick ability to pick it up
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and our online dealer management platform for stock, parts, servicing, and CRM (We use Dragon2000).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Full UK driving licence required

Pay: £25,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
