Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager for maternity cover, who will oversee the daily operations of our residential. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that all tenants receive exceptional service while maintaining the integrity of the properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage Landlord and Tenant inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
- Oversee the remarketing of properties where notice has been given and advising Landlord's on current market rents.
- Utilise Vebra software for data entry and management of tenancy records, rent reviews, and booking check outs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues by liaising with Landlords, contractors and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations.
- Legal Compliance - Ensure properties comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to property management activities, including Landlord and Tenant communications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in lettings or 1 year in property management
- Proficiency in Vebra or similar property management software is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence
- Knowledge of the Northampton property market

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9-6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Experience:
- Property Management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Pay: £27,363.00-£30,000.00 per year
