YOUR ROLE
- Welcoming guests with a warm and genuine smile
- Taking food and drink orders and making recommendations where appropriate
- Knowing our menu and talking confidently about dishes, ingredients and specials Delivering food and drinks with care and attention to detail
- Making sure guests are happy throughout their visit
- Setting and clearing tables and keeping the restaurant looking its best
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Handling payments accurately
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to make every service run smoothly Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
You’ll have real influence over the restaurant and the people within it, so we’re looking for a manager who takes ownership and genuinely cares about the result.

Restaurant experience is great, but personality and attitude are just as important to us. Full training will be provided.

Tamburino is a family of Italian restaurants built around a genuine love of food, hospitality and people. Since opening our first restaurant in Yeovil in 2005, we’ve grown to three restaurants while staying true to what matters to us: great Italian food, a vibrant atmosphere and genuinely warm service.
