We are looking for an exceptional Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Children’s Services team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how services are designed, delivered and improved—ensuring better outcomes for children, families and communities across Newport.
This is a key role, responsible for leading and delivering improvement activity across Children’s Services. You will identify opportunities for transformation, challenge existing practice, and drive forward innovative solutions that deliver measurable improvements for children, young people and families.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will take a lead role in embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that services are efficient, effective, and sustainable.
