Field-based regional role | Home-based when not visiting customers
Territory: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire, with scope to support neighbouring counties as the territory develops

Are you an experienced wine sales professional who enjoys building trusted customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and helping independent wine merchants develop successful wine ranges?
If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team, developing existing customer relationships and winning new business across Thames Valley and Anglia.
You will have the freedom to manage your own territory while representing Boutinot’s broad and distinctive portfolio of wines and working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who share a genuine passion for wine and for helping our customers succeed.
At Boutinot, wine is at the heart of everything we do. Since 1980, we have been building long-term partnerships with producers around the world to source, create and supply exceptional wines to independent wine merchants, the hospitality sector and major retailers across the UK.
Today, we are one of the UK’s leading wine companies, combining our own award-winning production with an extensive portfolio from some of the world’s most respected wine regions. Our reputation has been built on expertise, quality, integrity and lasting relationships.
We are proud of our collaborative and supportive culture, where people are encouraged to learn, share ideas and develop their careers. You will be joining a business that is passionate about its people as well as its wines.
At Boutinot, we believe in helping our customers sell the wines their customers want to drink. That means understanding their businesses, listening to what they need and recommending wines that will work for their customers—not simply selling products.
As Regional Sales Account Manager, you will build profitable, long-term relationships with predominantly independent wine merchants across your territory. You will help customers develop successful wine ranges while identifying opportunities to grow their businesses and ours.
Working alongside colleagues across Sales, Product, Marketing, Category Insight and Category Innovation, you will combine market knowledge, commercial awareness and an outstanding portfolio to support customers in an evolving market.
This is a field-based role covering Thames Valley and Anglia. You will work from home when completing administrative duties and travel regularly throughout the territory to visit customers and attend meetings, tastings and events.
