Earning Potential (OTE)
- Hourly Rate: £19.19 – £20.25 per hour
- Basic Salary: £39,915 – £42,120 per year (based on 40-hour week)
- Overtime: Available at enhanced rates
- Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+ per year with overtime
Overview
We're looking for a skilled LCV Technician to join a modern workshop on a straight Monday–Friday day shift. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified technician who values consistency and wants to specialise in maintaining and repairing light commercial vans in a professional, well-organised environment. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vans
- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on van systems using up-to-date equipment
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation
- Uphold excellent housekeeping and safety practices
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Commercial Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Strong van-specific experience will also be considered
- Proven experience as an LCV Technician working on light commercial vans
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills on van platforms
- Full UK driving licence
- A methodical, quality-focused approach and reliable work ethic
