Plant Maintenace Manager required for our Dungannon Depot at 146 Pomeroy Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, BT70 2TY.
Job Description
- Ensure smooth running of all plant.
- Working with Operations Manager to maximise plant and ensure targets/KPI's are achieved.
- Develop, implement and audit comprehensive preventative (PPM) and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with automation systems, PLCs, robotics,
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures to implement permanent fixes.
- Recommend and implement measures to ensure plant is operating at maximum capacity. Regular feedback to management on how to improve performance.
- Ensure operational down time is managed
- Manage the annual maintenance budget, controlling spending on parts, tools, and external contractors.
- Implement a robust stores and inventory management system for critical engineering spares.
- Identify continuous improvements in automation
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, and electricity at work regulations.
- Drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring all Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) are completed.
- Manage and audit external contractors visiting the site for specialized servicing.
