AIK Management Ltd is urgently recruiting Passenger Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on their daily home-to-school transport.
About the Role
As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children travel safely, comfortably, and with the support they need during their school journey. You will work alongside the driver, providing care, reassurance, and assistance throughout the journey.

Requirements
- Caring, patient and reliable attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with children with SEND
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
