At Green Fox Cleaning, we are currently looking for an experienced and reliable person preferably with previous supervisory experience to join our dedicated team, cleaning a large medical premises in the Preston Road area, next to Preston Park.
You will be leading a team which will include five cleaning operatives.
As this is a medical premises, the highest levels of cleanliness are required, and daily cleaning to a CQC compliant process.
The fixed shift time will be 17:45 - 20:45 Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).
Your core duties will include the following:
- Daily completion of CQC cleaning records
- Inducting new starters, and providing training and developing your team.
- Proactively monitoring cleaning standards.
- Managing HR and performance issues, supported by a manager.
- Stocking management, and ordering supplies in good time.
- On-site point of contact for the school, reacting to feedback.
- Working closely with the contract manager to deliver an excellent service.
- Cleaning your own smaller area of the school as required.
