Job Summary
Kinder City Hitchn Road are seeking a dynamic and proactive Deputy Manager to join our management team and drive excellence across our operations. Duties
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities to meet organizational goals
- Act as DSL in the manager's absence.
- Support the development and implementation of teaching programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment
- Monitor classroom or program quality, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to organize training sessions, workshops, and community engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and program evaluations
- Address student or client concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction and outcomes
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an educational or training environment
- Strong background in teaching methodologies and curriculum development
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, students, parents, and community partners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in program planning and implementation is highly desirable
