Summary:
We are looking for experienced Day/Night Care assistants to work within our home. We are a small residential care home catering for Adults 65 years and over. You must be willing to work as part of a team and have a caring compassionate nature.

What we are after in staff member:
we are looking for hardworking experienced members of the team who will be able to deliver a great service.
someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who is able to work as part of a fantastic and friendly team. Who is able to understand their role and deliver person centred care.
Your responsibilities will be to support our residents with day to day personal care, nutrition and hydration, complete care logs and support each individual with their needs, completing factual logs for each individual you support. maintaining Oral care and being knowledgeable on each individual you support by following each individuals care plan.
