Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with excellent telephone manner, strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for selling and supporting customers.
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and working closely with our Sales team to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email - Providing accurate product information and excellent customer support - Processing and inputting customer orders via phone and web based platforms - Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analysing customer needs and recommending suitable products - Upselling products during supplier focus days and daily/weekly in house promotions - Maintaining and updating customer records - Working closely with an Area Sales Manager to maintain and grow customer relationships - Supporting appointment bookings and administrative tasks across the sales function

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - The confidence & ability to analyze customer requirements effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude - Confidence to upsell and promote lines to customers - Time efficient - Highly organized with a strong ability to work well in a team - Effectively communicate with different departments and teams across the business.
