MAM Care Services Ltd is a specialist provider of complex care services supporting children and young people with a wide range of healthcare needs within their own homes.
We are passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care and are looking for caring individuals who want to develop a rewarding career in complex healthcare.
No previous complex care experience is required as full training, supervision and competency sign-off will be provided by MAM Care Services.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £15.00 per hour
- Night Shift: £18.50 per hour
- Weekend Shift: £21.00 per hour
- Bank Holiday Shift: £23.40 per hour
The Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support children and young people with their clinical, personal and emotional needs within their own homes.
Following successful training and competency assessments, duties may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Supporting children with complex healthcare needs or behavioural needs
- Medication administration
- Monitoring and recording observations
- Supporting mobility and moving & handling requirements
- Supporting play, learning and developmental activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
Full Training Provided
Successful applicants will receive training and support in areas including:
- Safeguarding Children
- Moving & Handling
- Medication Administration
- Infection Prevention & Control
- Basic Life Support
- Complex Care Skills
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Person-Centred Care
Additional specialist training may be provided depending on client needs.
