Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and a proven track record in supervising teams. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sites within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise regional managers and team leaders to achieve organisational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams and head office to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively across all locations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices organisation-wide.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all sites within the region.
- Represent the organisation at regional meetings, industry events, and community engagements as required.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience with a minimum of 10 years in a management or leadership role within the Commercial Tyre industry.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple teams or locations simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, foster teamwork, and promote professional development.
- Knowledge of Tyre industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
