Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer and Driver to join our team in GB. This role is vital in supporting our operations by handling transportation and manual tasks, contributing to the smooth running of our repair services at Midland Power Press Services in GB.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport machinery and equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading heavy machinery and parts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Support the team with manual labour tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all operations.
- Help in maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Support logistical planning for timely deliveries.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Valid driving license suitable for commercial vehicles.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving and manual handling.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
