Deputy Care Manager
Salary: up to £38,000 p.a. (depending on experience). Plus a salary increase after successful probation.
Hours: 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends, and on-call support

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Care Team: Set high standards of care and work alongside the care staff to implement them.
- Managing the Home in the GM’s Absence: Ensure smooth operations when the General Manager is unavailable – your leadership will ensure continuity and stability.
- Audit & Quality Control: Work with the General Manager to set and review home standards, including ensuring monthly audits are conducted.
- Medications & Procedures: Ensure medications are administered properly and that all procedures are followed to keep both staff and residents safe.
- Rotas & Staffing: Prepare and manage clinical staff rotas to ensure that our residents’ needs are always met.
- Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate records, responding to complaints, and ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies.
