What You'll Do:
- Provide exemplary support to clients via calls, tickets, and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT, website, and software issues.
- Assist in hardware configuration and remote support.
- Ensure client satisfaction with clear and friendly communication.
Must-Have:
- Proven IT support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license
Bonus points if you know website design and development!
This is an office based position at our Rotherham head office, and will occasionally require travel to our clients sites.
