Duties

- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area before, during, and after service
- Support serving staff when required, including plating and presentation of dishes
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment
- Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation enhancements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Previous experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
- Experience with serving or plating dishes is desirable but not essential
