Job Description:
As a Bartender at VIBE, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to customers in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary duties will include preparing and mixing drinks according to recipes, ensuring the bar area is clean and organised, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in drink quality
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
