Associate Dentist (Private) – Part-Time
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join our friendly team at Blyton Dental.
This is a part-time position working two days per week, with an excellent opportunity to build your own private patient list. As your book grows, there is scope to increase your working days. We welcome over 100 new patients every month across our practices, providing an excellent opportunity to establish a busy and rewarding list.
Blyton Dental is a long-established, independently owned private practice with an outstanding reputation for exceptional patient care. Following the opening of our second practice in Scunthorpe in 2021, we now offer a modern, state-of-the-art working environment across two practices.
Our Scunthorpe practice features seven fully equipped surgeries, all designed to the highest standard and equipped with the latest technology, including:
- Dual-screen computer systems in every surgery for efficient record keeping and charting
- iTero and TRIOS intraoral scanners
- WaveOne rotary endodontic systems
- Dental microscopes
- Acteon CBCT scanner
- Digital radiography throughout
- Excellent clinical and nursing support
We also have a fully equipped in-house digital laboratory, complete with CAD/CAM technology and a milling machine, enabling us to produce crowns, bridges and prosthetics on-site. This significantly reduces turnaround times and provides an exceptional experience for both clinicians and patients.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused dentist with experience in private practice who is passionate about delivering outstanding dentistry and building long-term patient relationships.
An interest in cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, Invisalign or dental implants would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

Essential Requirements
- Current GDC registration
- Experience providing high-quality private dentistry
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Experience using digital dental technologies
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- DBS certificate
- Right to work in the UK
