We’re Criterion Hospitality, a fun, fast-growing hotel family in the beating heart of London. With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Guest Service Manager to work across two of our Hotels - Trocadero London Hotel and Indigo 1 Leicester Square to manage our reception area.
You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heart-warming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests’ services.
As a Guest Service Manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. The ideal individual can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our reception team provides professional and friendly service to our customers and guests.
You must bring:
Stay'nTouch PMS experience - minimum 1 year
Hospitality Experience - minimum 2 years IHG standards and customer loyalty scheme knowledge and experience - minimum 2 years
