Job Scope
Deliver day to day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and by offering a first aid service to both employees and guests delivered to a high quality, within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures. Also by ensuring paperwork is harmonised across both CWOA & TP.
Key Objectives
- Overview the daily duties to make sure the department is fully functional.
- Providing the ultimate experience of the Merlin/LEGOLAND brand.
- Ensure consistent high standards of front and back of house areas
- To make sure that the daily running of the department is smooth and efficient
- In consultation with relevant managers, maintain first aid policies, procedures & COSWP.
- Bi regular attendance in a clinical environment or on first aid duties, keeps skills and knowledge base up-to-date and reports back with any changes in current first aid procedures.
- Manages specific projects as agreed by the Zonal Manager
- Provides administrative and IT support and produces accurate reports, general IT and documentation as necessary.
- Archives old records and prepare forthcoming seasonal paperwork.
- Maintain our relationship with local emergency services. Seeks and acts on feedback from them regarding improving customer care.
- Organises and arranges regular and random drug and alcohol testing across the resort.
- Liaise with Human Resources when appropriate.
