This is an exceptional career opportunity to contribute to the education inclusion support offer in Conwy. This role of ESW service manager is an essential part of our response to the increasing need to support young people experiencing attendance difficulties, school avoidance, or educational disengagement.
We are seeking an individual with expertise in working with children and young people, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, attendance policies, and inclusion strategies.
