Deliver warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest
Take food and drink orders, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and serve with flair
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar throughout service
Confidently manage orders, upsell where appropriate, and handle bills and payments accurately
Support the wider events team across both large- and small-scale functions
Ensure full compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
Passionate about food, drink, and delivering exceptional service
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails desirable
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Positive, energetic, and genuinely passionate about guest experience
Immaculately presented with excellent communication and service skills
Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
Reliable transport required due to limited late-night public transport
Previous experience in fine dining or five-star hospitality preferred
