About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing team.
This is not an admin role — we need someone who is excellent on the phone, can build rapport quickly, handle customer issues professionally, and communicate clearly at all times.
You’ll be speaking to customers daily — from thanking them for their order, to helping resolve issues, to offering additional options that improve their order.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling customers after they place an order to:
- Thank them for their business
- Confirm order details
- Offer additional branding options (upselling)
- Handling customer queries via:
- Phone
- Email
- Resolving complaints and issues:
- Turning negative experiences into positive ones
- Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through
- Working closely with production and operations teams to keep customers informed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone experience is essential (call centre, sales, retention, or similar)
- Confident communicator with a clear, professional manner
- Comfortable handling both positive and challenging conversations
- Able to think quickly and problem solve in real-time
- High attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a back-office admin role
- Not email-only support
- Not suitable for someone uncomfortable on the phone

Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour
