OLLYWOOD™ is a multi award-winning creative workshop based in Cardiff, delivering bespoke installations, signage, joinery and shopfitting projects across the UK for top-name brands and bold independents.
We’re on the hunt for a Shopfitter / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing crew of makers, builders, and doers. If you’ve got hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to take a project from plan to perfection — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of project-specific tasks on-site and in our Cardiff workshop
- Working independently or as part of a highly skilled team
- Problem-solving on the fly — you’ll need to think smart and act fast
- Liaising with our in-house project team to keep everything on track
- Representing the OLLYWOOD™ brand to clients and partners across the UK
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ shopfitting experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own go-to tools (we’ve got the rest)
- Great interpersonal skills – you’ll be dealing with clients, suppliers and the wider team
- A positive attitude and ability to own a job from start to finish

- Cardiff-based with travel across the UK (average 25% away work)
- Full-time preferred, but freelance/contract options available
- Salary: DOE
