- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client goals.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for creative solutions.
