Tritech Group are manufacturing experts and suppliers of precision products to global Aerospace & Defence industry giants and to support our rapid growth we are recruiting for a range of positions across our UK facilities.
The role involves finishing castings within the Weld Bay using finishing process and equipment. Good IT skills are required for administrative tasks and process booking.
The employee will willingly undertake, upon request, any other task they are able to perform. Elements of the role may vary as new technology, procedures and equipment are introduced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and removing imperfections from castings
- Using calibrated measuring equipment
- General and visual inspection
- Reading and understanding specifications and standards
- General and cosmetic tidy up of castings using air powered and electric tools.
- General duties within the Finishing Department.
- Using IT applications as necessary for the role
Person Specification
- Excellent attendance and time keeping.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Dedicated and motivated individual.
- A loyal and likeable character who shows honesty and integrity
Essential Experience:
- Experience working within Inspection and using Inspection tools - Visual Inspection
- Engineering Background
- Experienced using Air tools
Experience:
- Ideally you will be educated to a good high school standard.
- Manufacturing or process experience
- Hardness Testing Experience

- Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 BH Pro-rata
