Recruitment & HR Executive (Part-Time)
Location: Citywest, Dublin, Ireland
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Working Hours: 20 Hours per Week, 5 Days per Week

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Executive to support our talent acquisition and HR activities across Ireland and the UK. This role combines recruitment responsibilities with HR administration and compliance support, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career across both Recruitment and Human Resources.
The successful candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of employment legislation and HR practices in both Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Approximately 80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies across Ireland and the UK.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct headhunting.
- Screen CVs and applications against job specifications.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Manage recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring pipelines.
- Support offer management and onboarding activities.
- Build talent pools for future hiring requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding approach.
Human Resources & Compliance (Approximately 20%)
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist with maintaining HR records, policies, and documentation.
- Review and update employee handbooks and HR procedures.
- Monitor developments in employment law and HR best practices across Ireland and the UK.
- Support HR compliance initiatives and policy implementation.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures under management guidance.
- Ensure HR processes align with employment legislation and company policies.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
- Good knowledge of:
- Irish Employment Law and HR practices.
- UK Employment Law and HR practices.
- Recruitment compliance and right-to-work requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Desirable Requirements
- HR qualification or relevant HR certification.
- Experience supporting HR administration and employee relations activities.
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or international markets.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and policy development.
