We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our small team in Deeside Industrial estate. This role involves engaging with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management systems.
- Assist customers with product or service information
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilise excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards.
- Help out packing in the warehouse when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous but not essential.
