We are currently seeking Complex Care Workers to support our clients in Surrey and the surrounding areas, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and clinically informed care that enables them to live full and meaningful lives.
Role Overview
You will provide personalised and empathetic care to individuals with complex medical needs, working under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compassionate, tailored care to clients with complex clinical requirements.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medications and treatments as directed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Creating a supportive, respectful, and nurturing environment that promotes dignity, independence, and emotional well‑being for clients and their families.
Desirable Experience

- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation (Invasive & Non‑Invasive)
- PEG Feeding
- Medication Administration

Requirements
- Previous care experience (complex care experience is desirable)
- Experience supporting clients with behaviours that challenge
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Ability to commit to regular shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a good standard of English is required
- Right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: £12.71-£14.24 per hour
