Role Overview – HR & Recruitment Volunteer
As part of SAPUK’s HR & Recruitment Team, you will support the charity’s volunteer onboarding processes, maintain accurate records, assist with recruitment administration, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with admin or HR experience who wants to develop professionally while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment inbox and respond to basic queries
- Screen applications and check submitted cover letters
- Maintain accurate and well‑organised HR and recruitment records
- Assist with scheduling interviews or onboarding calls
- Prepare, update, and format HR/recruitment documents
- Handle confidential information responsibly
- Follow safeguarding, GDPR, and confidentiality procedures
- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations

Essential Requirements
