We are seeking a dedicated and organised Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff. Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies
- Assist with billing procedures and insurance documentation when required
Requirements
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office suite

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
