Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure the efficient running of properties while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and operational functions of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical and ensuring timely completion.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Liaise with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure all properties are maintained in excellent condition, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in Property management preferred
- Knowledge of project management principles related to property upgrades or renovations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
