We are seeking a Cleaning Auditing Supervisor to join our team at Royal Derby Hospital with ISS Facility Services.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff receive exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare experience. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our commitment to delivering the highest cleaning standards across the hospital environment.
The Cleaning Audit Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day completion and organisation of healthcare cleaning joint audits, working alongside our Cleaning Audit Coordinator.
The Role
- Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
- Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
- Create and manage audit schedules with the Audit Coordinator
- Work with the domestic team to ensure rectifications are completed in a timely manner and to the desired standard
- Support operational cleaning activities where required
- Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
- Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager
