Key Responsibilities
- Manage international education support workflows and student service coordination
- Coordinate with students, families, institutions, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor admissions updates, application documents, service timelines, and client communication
- Support education counselling processes, appointment scheduling, and follow-up tasks
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and student service summaries
- Assist with team coordination, task planning, and service quality monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication to keep student applications organised and timely
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in international education, student services, admissions support, education consulting, client services, or administrative coordination
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with students, education providers, application documents, or advisory service teams is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
